Shipping, Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

SHIPPING POLICY

Please be aware items on this website are custom made and/or personalized, therefore your items will ship out within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.  UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS are calculated on a per item basis at checkout.  If you require expedited processing and/or express delivery please email info@kraftychix.com for charges. Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.8% sales tax.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If your purchase qualifies for an exchange or a refund, all products must be returned in original condition and unworn within 10 DAYS of receiving the package to ensure full credit of item(s). Shipping costs are always non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  We strongly recommend returning items to us by FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Krafty Chix is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit. Customers requesting an exchange will be billed through PayPal for all additional shipping charges. Exchanges will not be shipped until payment for re-ship is made.

REFUND POLICY

All sales on custom made or personalized items are FINAL. Custom and monogrammed items are nonreturnable as they can not be remade or reused.  For all other products, please contact us at info@kraftychix.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

WHAT’S YOUR DAMAGE?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email Krafty Chix with a photo of the damaged product to info@kraftychix.com within 77 hours of receiving the damage item.
